3. Lifestyle and Health

    1. Life and survival: Life is the patent of human beings, or life is a better survival, an advanced survival. Lifestyle is the way and pattern of daily life. Scope of coverage: eating habits  , schedule,  entertainment, etc.

    2. Health problems caused by lifestyle

Dr. Li Zhen, Chinese-American Health Education: In the United States, only 10% of diseases are caused by microorganisms, another 10% are hereditary, 30% are caused by environmental factors, and 50% are related to people's lifestyles.

4. Health promotion:

   The Ottawa Declaration issued at the first International Conference on Health Promotion held in Ottawa in November 1986 was a milestone in the history of health promotion.
